For starters this really works best for leveling a secondary or keeping them within a usable range of your primary.

I bet you have noticed by now you can complete up to 10 Daily Quests every new day. Well that's great, but when your leveling your Primary all day do you really wanna go hop on your secondary and level it as well? Most the time that is a no for me. Usually I spend my time online grinding out quest after quest on my primary until I am ready to call it a night. Well I have a solution, but it will cost you a little in game gold. Here is what you guys do.

Choosing a Daily Quest
On your Primary character grab the highest level daily quest that follows the requirements. UPDATE NOTE: Your secondary can only complete Dailys within 10 Levels of them so a level 20 cant complete a level 31 quest. One that the daily is completed by getting a X number of drops off a mob to complete it. Two that the daily is obtainable and able to be completed close by. Three it is even more helpful if it is near a House so you can swap from main to secondary quickly. Travel to the Auction House now.

Auction House
Ok so we have our Highest Obtainable Daily Quest for our Primary now we need to know what what the drop is we need to obtain. For instance if the drop was Ant Eater Scales for the Ant Eater Daily in Silverfall, I know I would need 10 to complete the quest. I would then do a Search in the Auction House for what drop I am needing. Then of course price shop and buy the cheapest bundle I can to complete the quest 10 times over. After you have made your purchase travel to the Mailbox and obtain your items you won in the auction. Got Em? Good Now go to your House.

Swapping Classes
Now that you are in your house swap to your Secondary class. Make sure you take the newly purchased Daily Quest Items you brought with you.

Turn in the Daily Quest
After you are on your secondary class and you have the items you can now travel to the person to turn in the quest reward and complete the quest. WHAT? No level Caps on completing a Quest? Nope just on obtaining the quest. After you have the quest you can turn in it in on the lower level secondary class. As long as its within 10 levels of the secondary. Now go back and change into your Primary grab the quest again and swap back to your Secondary and complete the quest again. Rinse and Repeat until you can't do any more dailys for the day.

Also you can purchase a item in the item shop that lets you turn in 10 extra dailys. Its a one time use though. Welp there you have it hopefully you learned something helpful. Of couse you could take your primary and just farm enough drop so you wouldn't have to go to the Auction House and buy the drops. Or if you had high level character account you could do what is called farming and kill enough of the mobs in the area for enough daily drops. We will get into farming another guide soon though.

Good luck just remember don't go broke by getting addicted to this method. It's good for a few lazy days just not everyday.

Forsaken Abbey Tips

Forsaken Abbey is a very popular instance located within Abbey Church. Abbey Church can be found in Silverspring on the East side of the map. If you are completeing all the quests available in Silverspring then eventually you will come to the quests that will guide you towards Forsaken Abbey. If you are interested in helping clear out the demon witch and her minions then take some notes.

First things first you will need a party consisting of Level 25+ members even though the quests are level 20-25. Since this may be the first real Instance most you will embark on I highly suggest a well rounded group. Of course the typical outfit is as follows.

Tank (take all the hits) - A knight is the best choice.
Healer- Priest, Druids are decent backups
DPS (High Damage Dealer)- Mage and Rogues are top picks they help end the fight quicker than alternative classes.
CC (Crowd Control) -This is optional really but a bit of crowd control really does help for those bad pulls. So don't diss the scouts Damage numbers he has some of the best CC. Of course mages are good at this too. That is why classes are a little unbalanced in this game.

Before going to Forsaken Abbey make sure you do the quests in Silverspring that grant you the armor set of that area. It will help you greatly.

Bring along some Mana and Health Potions!

Bring a Full Group!!! Fill the group up dont go in with just 4 people.

Have fun. This is the first real Instance so to speak in the game. The first tough group instance.

Level Experience Chart Guide

After a busy weekend of playing and diving into a few class options for Runes of Magic I decided I should release a Level Experience Chart. So now I am fixing it a bit. Instead we also going to alter it right now to do levels 1-20.

This guide is all about how long it takes to level while grinding mobs. This is boring but not to bad for lower levels. I did this guide with a Priest only and with Rising Tide as my only Damage dealer maxed out. This is very important because a Priest is NOT a DPS in comparison to a Mage/Rouge/Scout. This is also WITHOUT turning in the Dailys that Drop off them.

Levels 1-3 (8-12 minutes) 880xp
Area: Howling Mountains ; Mobs: Wolves/Fungus (1-3 Level Range) ; Actual time: 11m40sec
Pretty straight forward here. Got about 18 daily drops (didnt turn them in)

Levels 4-6 (20-30 minutes) 2380xp
Area: North/West of Logar ; Mobs: Beetles(5-6)/Bats/Spider(5-7); Actual time: 25m5sec

Levels 7-10 (30min-1 hour) 4600Xp
Area: North of Logar Heading up to Barron Cave ; Mobs: Bats/Spiders/Wolves(6-8); Actual time 35m45sec
Wow so now we are dramatically cutting down the worth of this at least on my Priest

Levels 10-12 (1 hours) 8700xp
Area:Silverspring Entrance ; Mobs: Kobolds(10-12) ; Actual time: 1hour and 10min
Ok this is slow but I have around 140 Shabby Shoes I could have turned in on this one netting 292xp each daily for turning in.

Levels 13-15 (2-2.5 hours) 17400xp
Area: Sliverspring ; Mobs: Kobolds/Farm Guys; Actual time: 2hours
Holy junk tons of junk drops. Again I didn't pick up the silvermane or bandit killing quests this is pure grinding with my priest.

NOTICE after all this I come up with an average of 800XP per 10 minutes of killing. For the rest I am just going to do some math figuring since I have a base of what XP I am earning over a 15 Level trial taking the time it took and XP gained to come up with the 800 XP per 10 Minute Average on my priest.

Levels 16-18 (2-3 hours) 21500xp
I would have kept on with by doing Slivermanes and Bandits around this time. Let me know if you do this and come up with something different.

Levels 19-20 (4-4.6 hours) 35000xp
Area:Tagena/Aslan (spelling?) Very Nort of Silverspring ; Guardians/Marauders/Ant Eaters

TOTAL Levels 1-20 ~100660XP ~TIME=12.5 hours
Going on from that Lets Run Some Math! This works provided we maintain 800xp per 10 minutes. I don't if the xp changes by killing mobs in the upper levels as I am only level 25.

Levels 21-29 (70-80hours) 592000xp

Levels 30-39 ( 415-425 hours ) 3358000xp

Levels 40-50 (1780-1800 hours) 14382000xp

As you can tell Grinding is very uneffective although I am unsure as to if you were grinding and doing the daily quest associated with the mobs you are grinding how beneficial and how much that would cut down on the time. Any takers to do this math???

Sorry to those who read my earlier guide it was BUSTED badly. Hopefully this will clear things up a bit. Later everyone.

Site Changes

Ok so I changed my blog theme up a bit today. But what is the difference in PvP and are there any downsides? I am here with another daily guide again to answer your questions and provide a resource on surviving Runes of Magic PvP.

Let us start by listing some facts about the PvP server:

PvP doesn't begin in the game until you are level 15

Getting killed by another player doesn't give you Experience debt

You cannot get Experience from killing other players

You can drop items you are currenly wearing or in your inventory if you are killed by another player within 5 Levels of you. Even items bound to you

This game is NOT balanced in PvP as the current date of this post

PvP adds an element of risk that PvE doesn't as you can be killed ANYWHERE

You have reputation that makes you either evil or good

PvP on a PvE Server
Now something alot of people actually don't know is that you can PvP on the Runes of Magic PvE servers. At level 15 on a PvP server the PvP becomes wide open you can then kill or be killed rather you have completed the level 15 PvP quest located in Varnas Class Hall. At level 15 on the PvE server you can complete the level 15 PvP quest in Varnas Class Hall giving you a PK skill you can turn on or off. Safely allowing you to decide when you wish to pertake in PvP or when not to. Also note that while on a PvE server when you get killed you will NOT drop any gear ever unlike you would in PvP.

So why play on a PvP server? Well it adds a bit more to the adventure some feel. On a PvE server the only real risk of death is getting killed by a mob (Monster). While on a PvP server every place you travel is a danger, it could be in a town or the next hill over that you just can't see around or over.

Over Powered and Under Powered
If you did or do travel onto a PvP server there are few things to learn. Know what classes are Under Powered and which are Over Powered (OP). As of right now Mage/Priest are OP followed next by Rogue/Scout. Doesn't mean these classes can't be beat or die just that a player playing these classes do have a slight advantage over other PvP classes overall. Please note that the OP class can change with any given patch. Usually this involves what is called Nerfing a class or balancing the game and the classes skills.

Getting the Jump
Attacking another player before they have a chance or know you are coming. Kinda like sucker punching can determine your victory or defeat sometimes. Just know that attacking a player that is not evil aligned will add some reputation points towards evil. We will get into that a little later.

Roots and Stun Locks
Any good PvP player fully understands Roots and Stun Locks. Roots are spells that hold you to the ground for a specific amount of time or until the spell is broken. Stun Locks are skills that place your character in a daze and don't allow you to use any skills until the stun has ran its course. Learning if how to create a PvP character with an assortment of these will undoubtley spell defeat upon another player. As they are unable to do anything back to you all you have to do is spam your skills.

Reputation
Its good to be evil right? In Runes of Magic a character can either be Evil, Netural, or Good. This is all determined on how you play the game. For instance a Netural Player killing a Good Player or another Netural Player will add some reputation points toward the evil side. Enough of this behavior will result in becoming Evil aligned. On the other side of the boat though a Evil player who decides to refrain from his course and kill other Evil Players will eventually find himself back on the Good side.

PvP alignment in Runes of Magic uses different colored names to tell you the alignment of a player. For instance characters who have there names colored in Yellow/Orange/Red are Evil aligned players. While character with names in White are Netural Players. Good Aligned players names are colored Light Blue/Blue/Purple. Reputation ranges from -150 to +150. With -30 being the start of the Evil Players, and +30 being the start of a Good Players.

Evil vs Good
Basically there are few differnces between the 2 alignments as best known to my knowledge. There even may be more, and if you know some please share those with me. Evil Aligned Players get Damage Boosts/TP Increase/Evil Titles. While Good Aligned Players get HP Boost/Good Titles.

Evil players also need to beware the downsides of being so. Evil players get a Defense Deduction, they will be Killed by Guards in towns, and have a small chance of going to Jail upon Death. So choose wisely.

Regaining Reputation
If you went Evil and decided it wasn't for you then there are a few things you can do to raise your reputation without killing other players. For every 20 minutes you are not active in PvP and not killing other players you will gain 1 point of reputation towards the good. You cannot be in a safe spot like your house. Alternatively killing monsters 5 level over you will reward .02 Reputation points.

Thanks for viewing this post and let me know if things have changed in this guide so I can correct the information within it.

Recording in Game Daily Guide

I have had a few questions for this and today I am going to show you a very easy way to record your game. First let me say I use Xfire for this just becuase its easy, free, and feature loaded. Although the most popular is to use a program called Fraps. If its just recording you want Fraps is where you want to be probably.

If you are looking for a few more features to go with recording Xfire has shown itself to become a fairly good client for this. First things first go to there website and again sign up to become a member. After you have done that you should go to the download page and of course download Xfire and install.

After you have everything installed open up Xfire and then launch Runes of Magic. While inside the game you will press by default Scroll Lock+V to begin recording and press Scroll Lock+V again to stop recording.

Now after you have recorded your masterpiece you can either completely exit or just ALT+TAB back to Xfire. Inside of Xfire there are some tabs on the left click on the bottom tab its should look like a video thing. You should see your recording in the Source Video section. Right click on your video and click on Upload. This will start an encoding process after the movie is encoded it will begin to Upload and then you can access it at your Xfire profile website. You can get there by visting Xfire.com and logging into your account. Cool huh? Now below your video should be some ways you can link people to it or embed it in a forum or some type of post.

To also note if you get all your friends to sign up on Xfire you can use some of its other cool features like a in-game voice chat, in-game text chat, use a in-game web browser, and even make a broadcast of yourself while your playing for the world to view.

Now please go out there record some videos and share them with the world. Post them on the forums, or on this website in the comments, or on youtube. Anywhere helps make obtainning information about the game easier and helps the community grow. Besides why not show off a few secrets you know.

Multi Clienting Daily Guide

First I want to note that EULA agreement you take for playing Runes of Magic doesn't state that this is against its terms of agreement, but I take no responsibility if they change their view on this and you fail to read the current EULA agreement.

With that being said most of you will ask what is Multi Clienting? Multi Clienting is running the multiple times on one PC. It's kinda like opening two different Internet explorer windows. This offers for the skilled player a greater benefit than soloing alone. Let me demonstrate to you why by giving you some a select example of Multi Clienting.

We will need to start by having 2 separate gaming accounts, since you can't login to the same account twice. So you will have your original account and then you will go to the registration page of frogster for the Runes of Magic and create a separate second account. Got that done? Good next step.

Ok now its so simple you launch Runes of Magic and sign into your primary account. Once you are logged into the game you minimize it and launch Runes of Magic again and login to your second account. I highly suggest launching and playing your game in windowed mode, purely preference though.

Wow now we are Multi Clienting cool now I will show you the benefits to this. Follow me here I promise I am not trying to lose any of you. Account 1 is going to be the primary account and Account 2 is going to be the secondary account. Account 1 is logged in and I created a New Character in Account 2. The first Account 1 character is my higher level priest/scout that I will take to Logar. Account 2 is my new character a knight lets say. I will level the Knight till he is ready to travel to Logar (level 5ish) then I will grab as many dailies as I can for him. I will then take my Priest and knock all these dailies out in a short time and accomplish all the quests I can pick up for my new Knight. I will also place my Knight on follow to follow my Priest. Alternating between my priest one shotting everything and my Knight to loot everything my Priest kills.

Cool huh? we are effectively leveling our Knight safer and faster. This is generally easier done with a friend since sometimes going from one screen to another can be a hassle and a half. With practice though it will start to become second nature. This is what is called Multi Clienting my friends and some people claim this next part to be cheating but I am just a guide writer I will allow you to make up your mind about that yourself.

Just some food for thought here. Notice the following IS AGAINST the EULA as I have been told by 2 GMS. You may get bannded if do what is stated in this paragraph. What if we apply my previous macro guides to this and have my priest to follow my knight and create a macro to Automatically heal my knight once his hp hits below a certain percentage? I wont kill as fast but I will have a healer behind me keeping me well alive the whole time. EHH? Yeah this is where Mult Clienting gets a bad name and usually gets disallowed to do in most MMORPGS. No matter how you look at it this is kinda unfair. Now you understand though why dual clienting is usually banned.

Another final note this is called Multi Clienting because we are running 2 clients on 1 PC. Multi Boxing is popular too and it is piratically the same thing just we would run the game twice on 2 separate PCs (hence multi box). Good luck all.

Installing Add-Ons Using Curse Daily Guide

Their are tons of Add-Ons for Runes of Magic and installing them can be a real pain in the a$$. With that being said I am going to show you a super easy method to install Runes of Magic Add-Ons using the Free Curse client. Curse.com is a site that specializes in hosting Add-Ons to popular MMORPGs and now provides a client to install them easily into your game. Let's go over the steps to do this.

Go to Curse Client Download Page and download the latest Curse client. Notice during installation it will ask you if you want to add the feature to upload your character to the online RoM character database. This isn't required but its a cool feature where you can view your character while out of the game.

Launch the Curse Client and sign up for an account with them. Its free to do so although they offer a premium subscription service it is not required to have it to install add-ons.

Hopefully the Client automatically pointed itself to your Runes of Magic directory if it did not you will need to do this within the Curse Client now.

Find some Add-Ons you are interested in having Here.

I selected pbInfo so I clicked on it shot me to this page. (yours can be any add-on you selected in the previous step) Then click on the big install via Curse Client button. This should pop up a window where we accept to install. After that it should show our Add-On in the curse client.

Now just relaunch or your Runes of Magic game if its currently opened and your newly installed Add-On should be there.

Congratulations you just installed your very own Add-On to Runes of Magic. Let me know if this guide helped you guys out by commenting here.

Kiting Daily Guide

Kiting- Killing a monster, player, elite monster, etc. from a distance using ranged attacks and not allowing the monster to touch you.

Kiting allows you to take on threats that would make shreds out of you in seconds with relative ease. Kiting will take a short bit of practice to perform efficently and there is no better way to create a guide on this than to just show you how to do it, and explain a bit about what I am doing.

For this Video Tutorial I used a Level 15 Priest/Scout to take on a Level 19 normal mob. Basically all you do is hit the mob from a distance with a ranged attack and then circle strafe while keeping this mob at range. Notice I used ranged attacks on the mob that are instant casts that dont require me to stop and cast. Damage over time spells (DoTs) are perfect for this. Couple DoTs with whatever spammable instant cast ranged attack you have and you have a kiting combo.
My Basic attacks in the video are:
Vampire Arrow->Bone Chill->Shot

I attempt to pay close attention the mobs portrait in the top middle of the screen. I know I am trying to keep my 2 different DoTs afflicting the mob at all times. If one of the DoTs misses like the Vampire Arrow did on my first shot I make a mental note to use that spell again the second it is available to me.

Another Kiting Video I would like to post to show you just how powerful kiting can be:

I do want to make aware that not every class can kite. I am pretty sure the warrior has no kiting abilites same with the knight. Classes with ranged attacks like the Scout/Mage/Priest are your bread and butter kiting classes. Notice the method I used isn't the only method. For instance the Mages Lightning spell can chain enemies to the ground a short period and can be used in conjunction with a combo. Another thing I do to kite better is to take click to move and turn it off in the options of Runes of Magic, just a preference though. Good Luck and know kiting will take a bit of practice to perfect.

If you have a video to donate to show other ways to kite please feel free to share a link to them. I may even put them up with this guide as well.

Intermediate Macros Daily Guide

So yesterday I went over how to get to the screen to create a macro, how to script a macro, and what a macro basically does (scroll down or click here if you missed it). Well today we are going to dive into a alot of useful intermediate to advanced macros as well as some useful macro ideas. Just to let you know I won't be hand walking you through these as there are alot of ideas and a guide on each would take pages out of my blog to explain. I suggest just trying each one you find a interest in for yourself. Remember these are listed as ideas and stepping stones to customizing your own macros even further.

Follow Macro
Macro designed to follow first party member in your group
/script FollowUnit( "party1" );

Move Casting Bar
move the casting bar to wherever you wish on the screen. Play around with the numbers in world frame to move it to where you want
/script CastingBarFrame:ClearAllAnchors(); CastingBarFrame:SetAnchor("BOTTOM", "BOTTOM", WorldFrame, 0, -200);

Move Equipment Damged Graphic
same as above just moves equipment damage graphic. Again play with the numbers to move where you want.
/script EquipDameFrame:ClearAllAnchors(); EquipDameFrame:SetAnchor("BOTTOMRIGHT", "BOTTOMRIGHT", WorldFrame, -20, -150);

Show Bags Fom Bank/Bag/Character Frame Wherever You are in game
so as the title suggest this allows you to view your bank/house/character storage while anywhere in the game. NOTICE even though you can view the bank at any location you can only use the bank while actually at the bank if you try to do anything whitin the bank while you are not near a bank the game will crash.
/script ShowUIPanel(BagFrame); ShowUIPanel(BankFrame); ShowUIPanel(CharacterFrame);

Show Bags from House Anywhere You are in Game
Same as the above macro just allows you to see your House Items. NOTICE doing anything at the house screen other than viewing it outside of your house causes game to crash.
/script HouseStorageManagerFrame.StorageFrameTable[1]:Show()

Target Nearest Enemy
Allows you to add in your script basically what the 'TAB' key does
/script TargetNearestEnemy();

Assist Macro
Target A friendly player and then attack the same target he is attacking. Notice for some reason you cant replace "target" with your friends name.
/script AssistUnit("target");

Below here are some Macros some I have found some I have designed myself. These aren't general macros like above and are class specific. I hope these give you some insight and ideas you haven't thought of before.

Scout Shot/Wind Arrow Macro
this macro is for scouts who want to spam Shot and Wind Arrow. Just some food for thought here. This is setup for a 3 second shot cooldown.
/cast Shot
/wait .5
/cast Wind Arrows
/wait 1.5
/cast Wind Arrows
/wait 1.5
/cast Shot
/wait .5
/cast Wind Arrows
/wait 1.5
/cast Wind Arrows

Priest Target Self and Cast A Heal
This is a must for me. Let me explain it, you are in a party healing the tank then you get hit by the mob instead of targeting yourself then casting your heal while you're in a pinch just click this macro button. Bam you have just healed yourself and you can get back to keeping other party members alive.
/script TargetUnit("player");
/cast Instant Heal
/wait 1

An extra tid-bit of info before going on to the next 2 macros. The Action Bar numbers relate to the numbers each skill bar/action bar is assigned to it.
Main Bar: 1-20
Upper Bar: 21-40
Right Bar: 41-60
Left Bar: 61-80

Knights Never Recast Enhanced Armor Again
Click this macro once and never recast Enhanced Armor Again as this will Auto Cast it each time it runs out. A little explanation is needed. This macro is assigned to the action bar in space 9 then a second macro is created on action bar 8. So when this macro is activated on action bar space 9 it will then go through a 300 second countdown and cast action bar 8 which recasts itself again. Kinda a little advanced but its there for you to see and to play with to understand. If you understand this one you can see you can create something like this for any buff you want recasted automatically.
/cast Enhanced Armor
/wait 300
/wait 300
/wait 300
/wait 300
/wait 300
/cast Enhanced Armor
/script UseAction (8)
this macro is on hotkey 9

and on my 8 there is a macro
/script UseAction (9)

Crazy Script
Casts different heals depending on your hp. This is a very complicated script. I just wanted to show it for those advanced users our there and for those really wanting to dive into what macros can be used and what they can do in Runes of Magic. I myself don't use this and found it on a forum written by omnias

If your HP is over 90% it will cast whatever is on action 13.
If your HP is 90%-85% it will cast whatever is on action bar 11
If your HP is less than 85% it will cast whatever is on action bar 9.

/script if (UnitHealth("player")/UnitMaxHealth("player")<=.85) then UseAction(9); elseif (UnitHealth("player")/UnitMaxHealth("player")<=.90) then UseAction(11); else UseAction(13); end

I know that was an undoubtley long guide on macros. I kept it as short as I could while trying to give you enough examples to start taking some bites into creating your own advanced macros. You can even get some more information on forum boards and at http://rom.wikia.com/wiki/Macros. Macros are scripts you program inside of Runes of Magic to perform a set of commands. For example a Priest would have to individually cast Magic Barrier and Grace of Life for his party to have the effect. This would require you to click on two different skills on you skill bar for this to happen. Well with a macro you can cast both of those skills in one single click.

First lets go over how to get to your in game macros creation screen. Once logged into your character and in the game press the "ESC" key and go to Macros. Once the macros menu is open click "NEW" at the bottom and a new window should open. Click the funny looking Arrow next to the icon for a list of icons and pick out the one you would like to use.

Ok, ok onto the goods in the box below you can type your macro instructions in. Before you do that though you will need to know the commands RoM will recognize. I have listed a few examples below that will help you get started.

/cast (skill name) = casts the skill you would like performed; can be any skill

/use (item name) = uses an item

/wait XX = waits a set number of seconds

So lets go back to our Priest and help him out by setting up a macro to cast his 2 buffs in one click. To do this we simply type in the box...

/cast Magic Barrier
/wait 1
/cast Grace of Life

This will cause the Priest to cast Magic Barrier and then will tell the game to wait one second then cast Grace of Life. Just to let you know the game has what is called a global cool down for certain skills that's why we add in the /wait 1. Don't worry about what that is yet just know you can play with the /wait and increase or decrease this if you find a skill just isn't firing off in your macro. A second very important note to pay attention to is the name of the skill. For the skill to fire off it must be spelled exactly as written in the game. Notice, Magic Barrier, is spelled with M and B capitalized because it is capitalized in the game. Also note you can cast as many skills as you want just make sure to place /wait 1 between each one.

Wait we aren't done yet lets help our Priest a little bit more. Macros can also be used to communicate to those in our out of our party and let them know what we are doing. This is double bladed it is helpful but man does it get annoying sometimes. Well I am going to let party members know what i am casting so here is what macro I would create.

/party I am currently casting Magic Barrier and Grace of Life
/cast Magic Barrier
/wait 1
/cast Grace of Life

Now not only would we cast Grace of Life and Magic Barrier but the /party will also say to our party members whatever we write behind it. In this case it would state "I am currently casting Magic Barrier and Grace of Life" in the party chat.

Hopefully that helps clear some macro questions. I will post another guide soon with some more basic macros and a few advanced ones, so don't forget to follow us.

1853 Patch Notes

1853 Changes

Few Text Files were Updated

No Changes were made to the game code

This was taken from the ROM Patch Notes Forum Section.

Guild Creation

So you think you have what it takes to start your own guild. In todays daily guide I will take you through Runes of Magic Guild Creation. To start there are a few things you will need.

Guild Name ~ be creative or use a Guild Name Generator

100,000 in gold ~ no one ever said it had to be your money!

4 other people ~ if you build it they will come...hopefully

Got it all? Good, well then we are ready. Travel to Varanas City Guild Hall (located in silverspring at varanas city). There you should find an NPC with the title Guild Establishment Administrator. Talk to the Administrator and pay the good man 100k. He will give you a Temporary Guild, this is where your friends come into play. Invite 4 other people into your guild. After the other 4 players have accepted your invitation to the guild you will then return to the Guild Establishment Administrator in Varanas to upgrade to a permanent guild. Congratulations on your newly founded guild that you can upgrade to your delight.

A few Extra Things to Note

30k gold will allow you to create a guild flag

Upgrading your guild makes room for more members

If your guild leader leaves he must promote a new leader first otherwise the guild will not have a leader and all the upgrades to the guild thus far will be lost

Guild Bank with 100 slots comes with the guild

A guild castle is obtainable at Guild Level 7

Welcome to Runes Of Magic Source

Welcome to the Runes of Magic Source.
